Refunds & Exchanges Policy

For the safety of our customers, all sales are final, and products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes sugar body scrubs, shea body butters, used candles, and sale items. 

Products are carefully inspected before shipping. In the rare case that your product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace or exchange it for another candle of the same size and price within five days of purchase. Please submit a photo of the damage and retain all original packaging as proof. Contact us at info@leonaescents.com within 72 hours of delivery.

Give the gift of Leonae Scents! Our gift cards are the perfect way to share the love of nourishing skincare and delightful scents with friends and family. If available, gift cards can be purchased online using credit or debit cards and are non-returnable. Please note that gift cards are valid for online purchases only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
